QSTDIO / Website notice
Terms of Use
The terms for using QSTDIO’s public information website, separate from any client engagement or paid service.
The short version
- This is a public marketing and information website.
- It does not provide an account, checkout, subscription or paid service.
- Its workflow examples and outcome language are illustrations, not guarantees.
- The contact dialog is a non-transmitting prototype.
- Any client work needs separately agreed scope, pricing, IP and risk terms.
1. Operator, acceptance and scope
The public website at qstdio.com is operated under the QSTDIO brand by Q.STDIO PTY LTD (“QSTDIO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the website. If you do not agree, do not use it.
These are website-use terms only. They are not a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, software licence, support commitment or data-processing agreement. They do not create a client, partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary or other professional relationship.
The site currently has no user account, payment, purchase, subscription or transmitting contact feature. No account, payment or service term should be inferred from these Terms.
2. Information, examples and claims
The website explains QSTDIO’s approach to AI automation and workflow systems. Workflow diagrams, descriptions and outcome language are general illustrations. They do not promise that a particular system, integration, saving, time reduction, performance level or business outcome will be available or suitable in a particular situation.
Website content is general information, not legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice. Before relying on an important statement or making a decision, consider the facts of your situation and obtain appropriate advice where needed.
A QSTDIO engagement begins only under separately agreed terms that set out the actual scope, responsibilities, assumptions, fees and acceptance process. Website content does not change an existing signed agreement.
3. The contact dialog does not send
The website’s contact dialog is a static prototype. Submit only runs browser validation and shows a local acknowledgement. No name, email, company or message entered there is transmitted to or stored by QSTDIO.
Do not rely on the dialog to contact QSTDIO, give legal notice, accept an offer, meet a deadline, request help or start an engagement. The current public enquiry path is described in the final section below.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the public pages, link to them and use the information for ordinary personal or internal business evaluation. You may also make limited copies where the law permits or where QSTDIO has given permission.
Any permission in these Terms is limited to the public website. It does not grant rights in QSTDIO services, software, proposals, client deliverables or confidential material.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the website to:
- break a law, infringe another person’s rights or facilitate harmful conduct;
- seek unauthorised access to the site, hosting, code, data or related systems;
- introduce malware or bypass an access, security or traffic control;
- send automated traffic that disrupts the site or unreasonably burdens its systems;
- misrepresent QSTDIO content, authorship, endorsement or an association with QSTDIO;
- remove ownership or rights notices from material you are allowed to copy; or
- reproduce, adapt or exploit protected material beyond permission or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
QSTDIO or its licensors own the rights they hold in the website’s content, design, code, brand elements, images and other materials. Rights not expressly given by these Terms are reserved. Third-party names, products and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
These Terms do not decide who owns background material or deliverables in a client project, what licence a client receives, or whether QSTDIO may reuse a delivery foundation. Those are commercial decisions for the relevant engagement agreement, not this website.
7. External links and services
The site links to third-party websites, including the founder profile and provider or regulator information. A link is supplied for context or convenience. It does not mean QSTDIO controls the destination, adopts everything it says, or promises that it remains available, safe or current.
When you follow an external link, the destination’s terms, privacy practices and technical controls apply to that visit.
8. Privacy and analytics
The Privacy Policy explains the website’s consent-gated PostHog EU analytics, Do Not Track and opt-out controls, local storage, event limits, URL and referrer reduction, overseas-processing limits and contact-dialog non-transmission.
Choosing whether to allow analytics is separate from accepting these Terms. Declining analytics does not prevent ordinary use of the public site.
9. Availability and website changes
QSTDIO may correct, add, remove or reorganise public website content. The site may also be unavailable because of maintenance, faults, security work or provider interruptions.
Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, QSTDIO does not promise that the public site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, suitable for a particular purpose, or that every item will remain complete and current.
10. Non-excludable rights and unresolved terms
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Whether a consumer-law rule applies depends on the facts; this clause does not claim an outcome for every visitor or future client.
This version does not set a liability cap, indemnity, governing law, court or arbitration forum, or commercial risk allocation for paid services. It also does not settle project IP ownership. No such position should be inferred. QSTDIO’s owner and qualified legal counsel must decide those matters before they are used in final service terms or added to these website terms.
11. Updates and questions
QSTDIO may update these Terms of Use. The effective date and version at the top identify the current website terms. An update to this page does not retrospectively amend a separate client agreement.
QSTDIO does not yet publish a dedicated legal inbox. For a website-terms question, use the public contact options on the existing QSTDIO founder profile and identify it as a “QSTDIO website terms enquiry”. Do not use the website contact dialog because it does not send.
